Cook Medical – I have worked at cook for 2 years and that do not compensate their employees (the assembly workers bringing in their production) a fair wage for the work that they do. They do not offer sick days (and I am NOT counting the state law's FMLA) nor do they treat employees with respect.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They do not compensate their employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cook employees bring in around $160,000 dollars in revenue per employee which is 5 times the salary of the workers themselves. It does not meet the standard of living.
