I have worked for Cook for over 10 years, I have always enjoyed working there. For a while there were folks being paid unfairly but they did their best to fix that and now my pay falls within the typical pay range for my job role in the United States.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is no longer stuck in the ways of old. They want to continuously improve to better the company and the experiences for those who work at Cook.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have really good insurance and free access to a service that allows us to get second opinions from other doctors. Getting a second opinion is a smart idea because I have witnessed people with our insurance being taken advantage of by the medical community because it is so good.
