It is a good overall company to work for. I wish we had personal and sick days in addition to vacation days.

Hate going in. We’ve got new management and it’s awful. Morale hasn’t been this low in 10 years.

Fair wages for all. Less nepotism. All employees should feel valued

Changed attendance policy and not for the better. More paid holidays.

Most of us will work together to problem solve and get things done.

The various bonuses and incentives in addition to our hourly wage and generous benefits.

Everyone has the opportunity to advance their position and most everyone is treated with respect
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating employees fairly. Not having managers with “favorites” that always get to learn new things and get better raises
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They just gave all employees with less than 5 years service a raise and basically told all the rest of us “tough luck”
