What do you like best about the leadership team?
Consistent communication is always present throughout daily activities.
Our leadership team is involved and supportive. You cannot really ask for much more, they want to know what their employees are saying and how they can support/help us to move forward and continue to be agile in this fast paced world.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
United healthcare is great insurance
Even though we are a private firm we are still giving equity in the form of an ESOP program at any level in your career. Which is a wonderful addition to the standard salary and bonus.

Interview process is pretty smooth and what you would expect. They conduct 2 interviews which is pretty typical
