Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. Over worked most of the time.
My raining and skills are not acknowledged even though I have initiated policy changes in ref to security precautins, etc...
The amount of work that was placed on one person instead of multiple.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Making sure medications was properly given to the right person.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team work. Distribute tasks. Be a team.
