Training pharmacy personnel in better way. Instead of placing someone into the job and not training them

Yes. Over worked most of the time.
My raining and skills are not acknowledged even though I have initiated policy changes in ref to security precautins, etc...
The amount of work that was placed on one person instead of multiple.
