What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team works together as one
the leadership team is selfish , do not consider junior team member's hard work
THEY ARE VERY COMMUNICATIVE AND HELP CREATE TEAM WORK

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not talk other employees to other staff members
They take us down and money is there number one priority and some of the workers are very rude
Communicating and valuing the employees that keep their business going
What is the best part about your compensation package?
REWARD BY EXTRA TIME WORKED
After only 60 days of being a full time employee you qualify to sign up for dental vision and medical insurance. Training days also count towards the 60 days of employment. There are also many bonus rewards and contests going on each month to receive prizes and visa gift cards
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Medical insurance is expensive, not full match of 401k. Low pay.
every employees salary is very less, and good hike in salary can motivate the employees
They pay very low and dont honor there benifits
The company shows no interest in getting to know employees and will not address concerns even if it affects your health or safety. We are all numbers

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We all are consistenly fighting
just the organisation and the main topics that needed to be addressed
Taking responsibility for poor work, better leadership and stop putting the wrong people in management positions. Also, a manager that doesn't bad mouth one employee to another could help a huge amount.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team working together when needed

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone is negative and rude to each other
just more benefits to their workers
The biggest change would be to change office managers at the Vancouver/Portland office. Need more support, more time in the office and less traveling, listen to employees and overall reconstruction of management.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The bosses belittle us every day
Accountability for mistakes both in the field and the office. A manager that listens and acts not just talks a lot. No reason to just accept bad behavior cause that's just how people are.
