Medical insurance is expensive, not full match of 401k. Low pay.
every employees salary is very less, and good hike in salary can motivate the employees
They pay very low and dont honor there benifits
The company shows no interest in getting to know employees and will not address concerns even if it affects your health or safety. We are all numbers

The biggest change would be to change office managers at the Vancouver/Portland office. Need more support, more time in the office and less traveling, listen to employees and overall reconstruction of management.

Accountability for mistakes both in the field and the office. A manager that listens and acts not just talks a lot. No reason to just accept bad behavior cause that's just how people are.
