They take us down and money is there number one priority and some of the workers are very rude

Taking responsibility for poor work, better leadership and stop putting the wrong people in management positions. Also, a manager that doesn't bad mouth one employee to another could help a huge amount.

just more benefits to their workers
The biggest change would be to change office managers at the Vancouver/Portland office. Need more support, more time in the office and less traveling, listen to employees and overall reconstruction of management.

The bosses belittle us every day
Accountability for mistakes both in the field and the office. A manager that listens and acts not just talks a lot. No reason to just accept bad behavior cause that's just how people are.
