What is the best part about your compensation package?

Its a fair package for me

IDK if there's a best part. Pay is decent but not much different than other tech companies.

Medical benifits are extrmely helpful

Provide employees a work life balance so 10 people don’t go on stress leave in the same quarter

Very competitive pay and opportunity to be a shareholder and benefit from the financial performance of the company.

Getting paid $70K/year this is the highest entry level pay in richmond

Friendly environment and work life balance

They truly promote healthy employment

The benefits are great! Commuter and Gym Reimbursements are a nice added bonus. Daily lunch is nice too.

The compensation is the only thing of value at this company. You can find a good one somewhere else.

It's fair across the board but sometimes there's discrepancies because of the exchange rate.

They are fairly priced and the health benefits are obtainable.

Getting paid every 2 weeks on time!

Compensation is higher than normal while 401k is not good (minimal match and you pay back company match if you leave within 2-3 years)

To many hours each week, unrealistic goals.

Stop the silly gifts/parties and pay us to work, and trust us to do our job.

Bathroom breaks would be a big help

I am the lowest paid yet produce month over month. Raises are barely cost of livinv increase. Other companies pay a much higher base with better working conditions (aka work from home/hybrid options)

Found other jobs that oay 50 percent more so plan to leave

pay the industry standard. it looks like they pay at the low end of the bell curve

Company nickles and dimes employees

They constantly change the comp plan by decreasing it year over year yet increase the work load.
