Coveo Internship Program

Three times a year, we welcome a new cohort of interns in our team, everytime their fresh perspectives and diverse backgrounds have proven to prompt creativity and innovation in many areas of the company. Thus, we deem it is natural to give back, not only by generously paying interns but also by investing in their talent and skill development. Concretely, we offer interns the opportunity to work on stimulating projects that have the potential to have an impact by giving them the tools and mentorship they need to succeed. Interns are paired with a mentor and buddy from their first day at Coveo, these more senior employees contribute to kickstarting the students’ career by sharing valuable knowledge in weekly 1:1 sessions of mentorship.

Moreover, all interns gather for their onboarding the first week of their internship to meet the team, introduce themselves and learn more about the Coveolife culture. In addition, every intern is introduced to new projects from day one with our Coveo30 process, a tailored guide navigating them through the first thirty days of their integration to ensure that they progressively upskill and learn to use the tools at their disposal. Once they are accustomed with our resources, they can use our Level Up platform to gain knowledge on a wide variety of subjects, participate in diverse lunch and learns and company-wide events such as Elevate, Innovate and more. They also get the chance to participate in our annual internal student hackathon, Blitz. This event is an opportunity for students across the Quebec province to compete, cross-collaborate and learn whilst being mentored by senior employees from our Research and Development team. Ultimately, over the course of their journey at Coveo, interns gain valuable experience, which they get the opportunity to showcase during their end of internship presentation, providing yet again their fellow colleagues with the advantage to gain further insight.
