Continue to focus on the company's core values and stay on the current path. It is not easy to spin off from a large company, but Covestro has been able to transition into its own "look and feel" very quickly and effectively.

People at Covestro seem to be very genuine. They care about one another, and they take time to help one another, regardless of what else is going on at the time.
What's the company culture like at Covestro AG?
The overarching culture is solid - caring leadership who want to do the right things for the company, for the employees, and for the world. There are no egos. There is certainly some aspirational messaging out there, but that's OK because the aspirations are real. As with any company, there are subcultures, depending upon your location, your department, etc. However, everything eventually aligns with the values of being curious, courageous and colorful and the mission to Make the World a Brighter Place.
