What do you like best about the leadership team?
Giving freedom in work, clear direction, supportive, feedback culture, explanation of big piture, strategic thinkers
They are open an real and transparent in their information
Regular, "down to earth" people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be aligned, prioritize, and set direction.
Communaction and understanding we r doibg thw best we can / while beimg over worked and terribly understaffed
The leadership team is uninspiring, hierarchically driven and old school management
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The entire package is super agressive. I am super well paid
Profit sharing plan health plan
Basic salery and short term incentive
That tgere is a kind a flexibility
Good and nest the same time as well as other than that of course the best way to the top of that

The willigness to learn and do the best we all can
Work as a Team, high intrinsic motivation, strong skills, very competent, openess to try new things, Ambition, sharing knowledge
Variety of people of different experience
Collaborative. Never hear, "not my job".
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Caring more about what there actually providing amd working on
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The lead chemist / plant manager have great attitudes
Many opportunities to learn (communities, lectures, workshops, internal and external trainings), openess of colleagues to get to know new colleagues, working as a Team (we are 1 culture), strong focus on sustainability and circular economy, diversity, no dress codes, many social events
Three C all over the world
Genuine, authentic people who care.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Absolutely the people in Leadership
There is no open and transparent communication. In general the cultural has a very backward driven mindset
What did you like most about the interview process?
At the time sounded like a great place for a carrer
Interest in the person, good questions, explaining relevance of position, listening with interest and curiosity to candidate
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The company is extremely slow with application some people we interviews have not even received feedback after 6 month....
What makes you most happy at work?
Currently nothing, I need to keep myself going everyday despite the conflicting messages I receive
Bringing own ideas to life, winning in the team, positive feedback of customers, Partners & colleagues, driving sustainability topics
Working together with people and achieve good results
We have opportunities to give back constantly. The company shows gratitude - to our customers, to our employees, etc...
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More staff / more time to train. I cant emphisize enough on training
A cultural change is needed quickly.
