Stop speaking condescendingly and grow employees rather than discussing faults to others

What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that my boss is a a pathetic loser and that I get the work done besides being ignored by this insipid "leader."
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything; communication is the biggest issue. Lower management is just as blindsided as workers with certain news. Interdepartmental communication is a joke.
Leaders think it is ok to terminate partners without a plan
