How flexible is your work schedule at Cox Automotive?
Quite flexible. But this flexibility really depends on your role and your team. Cox Automative understands that people need to have the flexibility to balance work and life. Leadership up and down the chain are very understanding of that as well. The culture here is very positive towards it.
What's the work from home policy like at Cox Automotive?
The organization as a whole doesn't go out of their way to allow employees to work from home. The preference is for everyone to be co-located in the same building. But historically, it has depended on the team you're on. Some teams are comfortable with remote/wfh employees while others avoid them completely. While I wouldn't call Cox Automative a wfh-friendly company, they definitely aren't hostile towards teams with folks who wfh, so long as they balance it with time in the office and it doesn't impede their deliverables.
