What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is supportive with always working to make you a better person and successful employee.

Rewarding hard work and performance. Make realistic goals and compensate for meeting and exceeding them. Not penalizing you for exceeding your goals
The company is focusing on meaningless metrics and losing sight of keeping employees happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
great health insurance, they did take vacation time away from hourly techs

The compensation is fair. Cox Automotive incentivises each employee to grow successfully. The 401k and health insurance are awsome.
I'm satisfied with all of the package that is offered.

Undermarket pay but provides a great work life balanec. Great benefits.

We all work together to make it safe and productive.

We are too dispersed on different projects to get close
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Only the people I work with period!
Understanding. Not much is a fire drill
Accepting of all backgrounds, inclusive because that's the genuine culture and not the popular thing at present
My immediate environment's moral and culture is ok, but changes and information are pushed down with little room for constructive feedback.
Very smart and competent employees. We lack focus and clear direction, which brings down the energy. We tend to make things too complicated.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Offer educational opportunities and team building opportunities
What did you like most about the interview process?
All the detailed questions that were asked.
My interviewers really made me feel at ease and the questions felt very pertinent to the role. I felt like I could simply talk about work I've actually done and how it would apply to this role. Didn't feel there were trick questions or irrelevant.
There are stages of the process. I got to talk to many people & was brought in for a demonstration of my ability to look at their data & then report to the team insights that I saw. It was a rigorous process. By the time I went through the stages I had confidence it would be a good fit for me

when I was looked in the eye and told i could never let anybody go and it was acceptable to steal from the company i got out of there

I am happiest at work because I got the opportunity to say I am part of the Cox Organization.
Knowing that I have a good job.
When its time to go home!
Working remote and having the flexibility to make my own schedule
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers are not the priority. Cox culture is the priority. Customer Feedback goes in one ear an out the other unless it supports the current "talking points".
What do you like best about your company?
Sometimes they had fun activities for charity like making scenes or pictures from canned food, then donating it all to a local charity.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
