Only the people I work with period!

Understanding. Not much is a fire drill

Accepting of all backgrounds, inclusive because that's the genuine culture and not the popular thing at present

My immediate environment's moral and culture is ok, but changes and information are pushed down with little room for constructive feedback.

Very smart and competent employees. We lack focus and clear direction, which brings down the energy. We tend to make things too complicated.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
