It varies based on the division. It is currently a very volatile environment with lots of changes and re-orgs.

The senior executives are visible and do a reasonably good job of communicating to the organization.

My leadership team seems genuinely caring, and to share not just the work they want done, but the history and context behind it, as well as challenges they foresee and where they need help. I feel like we're a team together.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Rewarding hard work and performance. Make realistic goals and compensate for meeting and exceeding them. Not penalizing you for exceeding your goals
