What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Director Leader is just absent and manages up, Direct leader is nice, but hoards work mostly out of fear that only they know the work instead of giving people the tools and know how
And the fact that it's all about money money money and not doing the best job that you can
The lack of respect amongst the drivers leads to mistakes which causes both property damage and job loss.
What do you like best about your company?
The automotive technology is the most interesting part of the this job. Seeing how vehicles are evolving to meet the needs of people is an amazing business.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Restructuring to a organization that can carry the message from top to bottom and back
Fair compensation for young professionals who convert internally, more transparency on business decisions & HR decisions made around the people/employees.
