What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very transparent. They provide information frequently.

Salary is very good compared to similar roles at other companies

What are some of the best things about your team?
Personally, my team CARES about one another - we are all trying to do extra so one person isn't really taking on too much. we all care about our work and the quality of our work. Share like minded goals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, the way we care about each other - the ability to have open dialogue without fear of being retaliated against. Talking through ideas - why they may work and why they may not. People really do feel like their opinions are valued when that is the engagement that happens daily.

Having meaningful conversations, rather than just being grilled with questions
My boss but then he got terrible
The team kept things moving and it was a smooth process.
They kept contact the entire time and didn't let you twist in the wind or play games with you.
