Very transparent. They provide information frequently.

Salary is very good compared to similar roles at other companies

Personally, my team CARES about one another - we are all trying to do extra so one person isn't really taking on too much. we all care about our work and the quality of our work. Share like minded goals.

We are truly collaborative, we trust one another to do what is best and we aren't worried about jockeying for position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, the way we care about each other - the ability to have open dialogue without fear of being retaliated against. Talking through ideas - why they may work and why they may not. People really do feel like their opinions are valued when that is the engagement that happens daily.

Having meaningful conversations, rather than just being grilled with questions

I enjoy the complexity and challenges. No day is the same as another. I also really love my people.
