What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication is poor, especially between middle management and employees. There are not enough opportunities for constructive feedback about operational decisions and staffing levels.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would like to be moved from hourly to salary, since I am the only person in the company with my specific position, and largely manage myself on a day to day basis.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? My Manager/Supervisor are in the dark about how much labor certain tasks take, and their scheduling is excessively optimistic, then falls behind due to not enough boots on the ground.
