Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

People with no experience are brought in and paid more than those who have been doing the job for years and have the knowledge. I would feel better if those of us who have the experience were compensated instead of those we have to intensely train

Leaving as soon as i find another job.

Comp does not reflect the market

A raise in pay along with consistent bathroom breaks would be helpful.
