People with no experience are brought in and paid more than those who have been doing the job for years and have the knowledge. I would feel better if those of us who have the experience were compensated instead of those we have to intensely train

We work remote and the weekly meeting calls are useless.
Minimize the burecracy. Seem like too many managers and execs.

Upper management needs to take the time to hold some managers accountable
Management is out of touch. A southern work ethic mentality still exists here; i.e., how much can we ring out of our employees with very stingy compensation.
