Mr. Brian C. Henry has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Cray Inc. since May 23, 2005. Mr. Henry is responsible for finance and accounting, manufacturing and supply chain effective as of September 27, 2011. Mr. Henry served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Onyx Software Corp. from April 2001 to March 2005, which he joined it in 2001. From November 1999 to April 2001, Mr. Henry served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Lante Corp. From April 1998 to November 1999, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Convergys Information Management Group, Inc. (formerly known as CBIS), a division of Convergys Corporation that provides billing and customer care to the communications industry. From April 1993 to September 1998, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cincinnati Bell, Inc. and former parent of Convergys Corporation. From 1983 to 1993 he was with Mentor Graphics Corporation in key financial management roles, serving as Chief Financial Officer from 1986 to 1993 and also as its Vice President. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Mentor Graphics Corporation from 1986 to 1993. Mr. Henry served as a Director of Onyx Software Japan KK of Onyx Software Corp. until March 2005. He received his B.S. degree in Business from Portland State University and an M.B.A. at Harvard University where he was a Baker Scholar.
