Company has completely dropped ball with lousy pay increases for their "phenominal employees" that produce package and ship their products. Crayola needs to catch up with the times! Benefits arent thst great and pay is lacking.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and taking action rather than just blowing off concerns expressed about safety, employees impeding production, general lack of communication. Companywide lack of thorough training when hiring both internal and external employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company should look at the market and raise compensation accordingly. Nobody should be working for a meager 10/20 cent raise oer year got 20 plus years, meanwhile non existsnt managers are cycled in and out of the company when they max out pay....
