They are always perpetually optimistic
They have their employee's back, but unfortunately it doesn't matter because pay, advancement, etc is fixed. You will never get raises unless you move to a different department.
They are accessible and they listen to employee feedback. Our CEO understands the importance of celebrating our successes. They are transparent and honest.
Think of the employees and how to support them
Listening and taking action rather than just blowing off concerns expressed about safety, employees impeding production, general lack of communication. Companywide lack of thorough training when hiring both internal and external employees.
its so unorganized and just soul crushing
There is a bonus that doesn't pay much usually.
Company should look at the market and raise compensation accordingly. Nobody should be working for a meager 10/20 cent raise oer year got 20 plus years, meanwhile non existsnt managers are cycled in and out of the company when they max out pay....
Better equality with profit sharing. Mgmts percentage is higher than lower level employees which is unfair since salaries are so much higher to begin with. Mgmt also gets bonuses that lower level employees don't get.
doesn't really cover much have to work more to cover medications and medical bills only cover 20 dollars with the highest insurance plan for medication. So there is no time for family because of it you are working there to just pay for medication
LC doesnt care about re-evaluating positions and departments. Senior leadership has said in company wide meetings that if you dont like your pay than you should just leave. There is no room for discussion and pay is not based on merit.
Pay better, make floater a position, allow for some type of promotion, better perks than just tickets to where I work
Most are easy to work with but some do not accomplish their work and it stresses the rest of the team greatly.
We work really well together... a well meshed team
My team is helpful but they have been at the company for 30+ years. I'd be lost without their knowledge since there is no SOP.
coworkers are fun to be around
They are great people truly
they should get tested on their knowledge 90% of them do not even listen or even care about instructions or rules or safety
Uneven distribution of work. Lack of communication. Does not want to improve processes. Name blaming.
That they promote inclusivity and diversity
Making product that enhance the lives of children by far.
i mean the workers can be positive
I love working here. I like the people, we work hard, but it's a casual, friendly environment. We get a lot accomplished, but take time to have fun also.
executives need to go - too long at one place
Stop trying to please the boomers and allow employees to grow and know that they are welcome. There is an intense hatred for newcomers and young professionals who just want to work hard and feel valued (and get fairly compensated).
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming
Numerous interviews with different employees
Organized and are interviewed by many people within your departments , not just mgmt and HR

NOT having to talk to my manager/supervisor.
working environment is comfortable and the decor reflects what we represent
Problem solving and helping others.
Most things make me happy - all the color on the walls and the fun environment. The fact that we make quality products for kids to create art.
the fact that safety knives were left in the products, the amount of product going is uneven sometimes and customers are not really getting what they are paying for same with buyers because some don't do quantity checks
