Scandals galore. Reputation has gone down the drains. Nothing can be done now.

Highly incompetent mgmt and no idea of how compensation is in the industry.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Don't think much can be done. Good people leave in droves and only people left behind who cannot find anything else. C class new mgmt hired cannot change anything. It's game over for CS.
