I think they lack credit suisse tenure, which was a necessary culture change but nobody knows what is going on- blind leading the blind
Leadership team is having a long term strategic view
To be determined as of yet
they have an open ear for their staff
Continue to focus on appropriately moving the business into wealth management, a more stable business segment
Leadership is out of touch with their staff. The disconnect only increases as you move upward through the org. chart. I feel like they (management) either know this, but don't care...or its possible they don't know this (but still wouldn't care if they did) either way its not good.
Take accountability and stop doing reorgs for God's sake.
Transparency, leadership, vision, execution and open-mindedness.
Avoiding controversies and 'walking the walk' not just 'talking the talk'.
Hire better managers who are expert at what they do. Not just have thr role because they have been there 20 years.
Excellent benefits package. Great 401k options.
pension fund of credit suisse
Private healthcare and life insurance
Health insurance, 401k are both really good
Flexibility in time and leave off.
more money, better stock process earliest in year.
Too much work. Too little pay. ZERO recognition. A large portion of compensation is "variable" and is tied to the Bank's performance. The story is always the same "we'll do better next year"...but when the Bank can't seem to go one quarter without a scandal or negative press....next year never comes
Highly incompetent mgmt and no idea of how compensation is in the industry.
Salary levels are half of other banks. Benefits are non-existent.
Below market salary for the amount of BS you have to handle on the daily basis.
Team has freedom to decide and work on technology they feel necessary.
Helpful teammates and a lot of good people not playing the corporate game but actually trying to do things right.
Team culture is positive and collaborative
the team is quite diverse
Quite, not asking to many questions about the WHY, doing very much fragmented work so that it’s difficult to understand the scope of responsibilities and accountabiliti
better leadership, communication, and transparency
The company is very process deiven. Not innovative.
Everyone tries his or her best and supportive to others
there is great mix of different ethnicities at cs
Local management is very good
Don't think much can be done. Good people leave in droves and only people left behind who cannot find anything else. C class new mgmt hired cannot change anything. It's game over for CS.
Middle and upper management should be wiped clean.
The Swiss colleagues believe they are superior to everyone.
Hire new people, especially for managerial positions and stick to the communicated values
More support and appreciation needs to be shown to hard working employees
Easy going and very easy questions
Met mayn different types of people
Positive experience ends with the entry of the company
Welcoming attitude at the time I was employed
Focus on personality / fit was very high
