Credit Suisse – Credit Suisse is terrible place to work. Rotten at the core. I work(ed) at the Raleigh location, but that is simply a microcosm of the larger organization. What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership is out of touch with their staff. The disconnect only increases as you move upward through the org. chart. I feel like they (management) either know this, but don't care...or its possible they don't know this (but still wouldn't care if they did) either way its not good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Too much work. Too little pay. ZERO recognition. A large portion of compensation is "variable" and is tied to the Bank's performance. The story is always the same "we'll do better next year"...but when the Bank can't seem to go one quarter without a scandal or negative press....next year never comes
