What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership is out of touch with their staff. The disconnect only increases as you move upward through the org. chart. I feel like they (management) either know this, but don't care...or its possible they don't know this (but still wouldn't care if they did) either way its not good.

Take accountability and stop doing reorgs for God's sake.

Transparency, leadership, vision, execution and open-mindedness.

Avoiding controversies and 'walking the walk' not just 'talking the talk'.

Hire better managers who are expert at what they do. Not just have thr role because they have been there 20 years.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

more money, better stock process earliest in year.

Too much work. Too little pay. ZERO recognition. A large portion of compensation is "variable" and is tied to the Bank's performance. The story is always the same "we'll do better next year"...but when the Bank can't seem to go one quarter without a scandal or negative press....next year never comes

Highly incompetent mgmt and no idea of how compensation is in the industry.

Salary levels are half of other banks. Benefits are non-existent.

Below market salary for the amount of BS you have to handle on the daily basis.

The company is very process deiven. Not innovative.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Don't think much can be done. Good people leave in droves and only people left behind who cannot find anything else. C class new mgmt hired cannot change anything. It's game over for CS.

Middle and upper management should be wiped clean.

The Swiss colleagues believe they are superior to everyone.

Hire new people, especially for managerial positions and stick to the communicated values

More support and appreciation needs to be shown to hard working employees

Scandals galore. Reputation has gone down the drains. Nothing can be done now.

The amount of controversies are staggering. Every month sth else.

Stop all the scandels. Get rid of all the deadwood.

the risk management should be improved

Scandal over scandal, the bank needs a real restructuring among the managerial positions.
