Challenging work, smart people and fast pace

Getting positive reinforcement and encouragement really promotes a great environment

I absolutely love the work I do. But when your supervisor and coworkers dont want to help each other it makes it hard to speed up the process and makes time drag for the others that are not recieving any help from co workers. So it slows down the team as a whole and eventually backs production up

They will give raises when they are asked for.
