Equal pay for doing the same job as others.
I feel undervalued because they dont pay people a good wage. As long as they were to raise wages then there would be absolutely nothing wrong with this company.
If they paid more hourly wages. and offered better benefits

Less negativity, more practical solutions.
allow others to help them get things done
They always are striving for who is better then the next person

Clear communication, timely relevant feedback, authentic leadership, consistency.

everyone needs to have better team work. and attitudes need adjusted

Having a structured process and trained managers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I absolutely love the work I do. But when your supervisor and coworkers dont want to help each other it makes it hard to speed up the process and makes time drag for the others that are not recieving any help from co workers. So it slows down the team as a whole and eventually backs production up
