What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fairness, not harassing employees, not bullying subordinates, and leadership skills.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership, equality, communication, and how associates are rewarded based on merit. Good associates they put them in bad situations to succeed in this company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm being harassed and unfairly treated and bullied by my boss and it's depressing me and making it extremely hard for me to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm undervalued because I was lied to about a promotion I should of had plus I am taking on a big role and not being paid relative to the responsibility I am required to handle.
