
The interview process doesn't work because people are put into positions they are not qualified for.
There needs to be equal rules set for all employees including mangers example: smoke breaks, leaving early.
The manager did not inform employees about company information such as new sales pitches or the new deals going on with cricket.
The business was better before Crown Wireless owned the company. The commission was way better before Crown took over. Employees were treated fairy before Crown took over.
Have managers that deserve to be in the position and treat others fairly. Managers especially including area managers such like Braylan Sayre who don't take concerns seriously and don't return phone calls needs to be improved
They need to get better at communication and helping their employees succeed. There is no good training whatsoever. They don't care about their employees wellbeing. There is no help or encouragement from the managers. Rules are not consistent between the manager and employee.
