Trying to get the company to take federal taxes out of my pay has been like pulling teeth. Our salaried employees are non existent at best if not high all of the time. there are discouraging aspects that are disappointing because I love the brand and want to see it succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The word team does not fit our territory.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Localised marketing strategy. Social media posting is great but does not fit this area. People in this area respond better to signage such as yard signs.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing customers come in with needs, being able to meet those needs, and putting a smile on their face. This isn't very often we get to do this because of various ongoing technical difficulties.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am curious of the companies vision of what leadership is? If scrolling through tiktok, stepping out to smoke pot every hour, and eating copious amounts of food is that vision, then our leadership is great!
