At store level we all are hard workers and enjoy seeing eachother every dag

The things franchises ask of employees, the way they speak to employees is not worth the pay they are offering
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better upper management/higher up leaders. We are all just doing our best, the people sitting in the office complain and are angry at employees 24/7 but dont work store front.
