Complete joke of managers. They target you and sabotage you every chance they get and threaten you everyday that you will be fired if you don't sell 10 phones.

Goals are so high every month and no promotions or marketing to go with. Very poor marketing team.

We all try to help each other and support till the district manager comes and threatens us for hours at a time. Fear for job every day.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get people in charge that know what it is like on front line and dealing with ISEs that know how to do there jobs and actually support you instead of send you to voicemail or can't answer questions. And they will threaten you to your employer if you call them. Which is co employment violations.
