Fire people who know the process.

Talk professionaly and not put down someone or complain about some one when you don't know there story.

Getanagera in place that follow flruoes and do there job and not retailate against them because you personally don't like the.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Get proper leaders in place. People who can coach and develope a 54am and the te wants to work for. Not a tyrant who calls you every name in the book and threatens you with your job every week.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Needs to be professional. My manager was a 52 year old sociopath and she was so abusive. When I complained to HR they said I was the problem and the the manager has been with Att for 20 years and she is well protected.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation was cut all the time or goals made so high they could not be achieved. Lied to me about milage reimbursement and when I went to my boss that the policy is this and she said. The policy is what I make it. Not what you read. I filed complaint and I got reprimanded.
