old habits and they can't stop them
The bosses are nice but they tolerate to much what the software team does. Many problems should be fixed and they don't fix them becuase they are lazy and too confortable in their jobs. They have to be more eficient and not say it is dificult or not possible. I would fire 50% of them if I could!
