What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open and hard working. Unlike most senior leaders, CM execs work side by side with clients and employees. This is a very egalitarian organization
They are supportive, real and care about doing work that makes a difference not just to make money.
They generally have the best interest of the company in mind.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency in business performance and internal practices
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive pay in an extraordinary culture - this is a great balance
Critical Mass pays attention to fair and equal pay
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is too low for the job and responsibilities. It's below market rate.
Ensure that employees are paid fairly based on the market and that increases and promotions are proactively managed rather than taken care of when employees express that they are leaving.
I feel underpaid for my role and the amount of work I do. I was also promoted then not compensated accordingly for several months.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good people with talent but the company lets them down every day.
Collaborative and empathetic individuals who are some of the best marketers around.
Team is collaborative and strives for solutions
Smart hard-working people without the typical agency ego problems
They care about each other, Critical Mass and producing solid work

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The prevailing motivation is great work. So even when we disagree about priorities or approach the underlying motivations are aligned. This leads to really rewarding interaction and useful discourse between colleagues.
Path to Purpose - we are given the ability to volunteer, donate and build a way for the company to engage with important causes. We dont take business solely based on money
Everyone is very down to earth and friendly
