The first priority should be to value employees who genuinely put in effort to keep clients satisfied. Unfortunately, I did not see that value being extended to employees, even from the leadership. I resigned due to a lack of job security and improper communication.

was supposed to receive 80% of my variable pay but received only 60%. The manager assured that the remaining amount would be compensated through additional government reward points. If an employee is performing well, they should be consistently acknowledged and approached accordingly.

A few directors take decisions without consulting employees or informing them in advance. Management approves these changes without questioning whether employees were involved or aligned. This practice must change to build transparency and trust.
