I didnt get any career growth even working for a few years now. The work is not at all aligned to my career goals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There weren't too many rounds of interviews. The callbacks were prompt, the onboarding process was smooth, and the package details were clearly communicated. The interviewer appeared on time with no rescheduling of calls, and I received timely responses.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to be replaced. Their outdated mindset makes them believe they are always right, and they view junior employees as insignificant. They resist new ideas and fail to provide proper recognition or career advancement opportunities. They view junior employees as insignificant.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The leadership needs to evolve. The entire workforce that has been with the company for more than 10 years should be infused with individuals who bring a fresh mindset and are ready to embrace change. We need people who are servant leaders, not bureaucrats.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team member are the only positive aspect of the org. They have strong knowledge, are diligent, and follow industry best practices, unlike others in the org. They uphold values from previous organizations. Given the current atmosphere, they are likely to leave in max 6months once the job markt ope
