My team has a fun culture but also emphasize on collaboration and learning. It is great to spend time with them during complicated development times as the morale is kept up with innovative ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being a product company, a learning environment is key. And with project and product knowledge sessions held in the team, a learning culture is well held. Apart from this, we have a lot of fun and enjoy hobbies together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have great knowledge of technical and domain aspect. They are also supportive in all our approaches. The most amazing thing is they are with us during difficult development times and do not leave us alone to come out of complicated scenarios.
