At Cross Country, we recognize the profound impact businesses can have on society and the environment. Ever year, we publish a comprehensive, public Sustainability Report detailing our commitments to responsible governance, social and environmental practices. Cross Country maintains a strong commitment to being good stewards of the environment and supporting environmental causes. In 2023, we initiated a corporate partnership with American Rivers, a national non-profit with the mission of protecting wild rivers, restoring damaged rivers, and conserving clean water for all. Through this partnership, we have provided vital education to our workforce on conservation as well as conducted a volunteer-day beach clean-up in partnership with Boca Save Our Beaches.
Additionally, in 2022 we launched our Cross Country Green Employee Resource Group, creating an employee-led community to provide education, advocacy and volunteerism for environmental/conservation efforts impacting both our workplaces and our communities.
At Cross Country we are dedicated to cultivating a culture of caring that fosters community engagement, philanthropy, and supports those in need. In 2023, we provided partnership, volunteerism, and support to more than 30 non-profit organizations, including more than $300,000 in giving.
Organizations we partner with annually include Alzheimer’s Association, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, American Heart Association, American Medical Women’s Association, American Red Cross, American Rivers, Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Florida Diversity Council, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Mission 22, National Black Nurses Association, and more.
