Crown is great at it's core competencies, but needs to be introspective about how it wants the verticals to work. The fiber business needs better operational controls and maintenance.
I think there are positions that work their tails off and other ones that are a breeze. Not fair if its at the same comoensation level. They need to truly reevaluate the workload some jobs have.
