What makes you most happy at work?
Environment--office is great and fun to be at
Knowing that I am contributing to the future of my country
I like the people I work with and for.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When you eliminate the jobs of more than half of all employees and ask them to document all of their activities to train their replacements while continuing to do their job motivation is not high.
Leadership needs to refocus on what made crown great and the envy in the industry. Turn away from woke diversity model and focus on merit again.
