Back to what they used to do and focus on merit and reject woke diversity goals and quotas. I came to crown because the work environment was great. We were a family. The B3s are a joke now. It's sad because there are a lot of wonderful people here, but the leadership has made a quick shift
Bonus and leave. Medical insurance is ok but not the best.
For many years I received nice increases with the exception of last year when managers were paid in stock that was not vested for a year. In the last year the value of that stock (my compensation) has eroded by half.

My team is always willing to dive into any situation to resolve a problem whether it’s their responsibility or not. They are very supportive of each other and very collaborative to ensure the best solution prevail
Every member of our team is hard working and knowledgeable about our job. Everyone helps each other. Everyone carries their fair share of the workload. Everyone is respectful and considerate. I could not ask for a better group of people to work with. They make my day.

I think the case study format is a good way to gain insight into the candidates but also for the candidates to better understand the job they are interviewing for.

People are nice and most lower managers are looking for the right person. Can't say that for all, especially the higher ups.

When you eliminate the jobs of more than half of all employees and ask them to document all of their activities to train their replacements while continuing to do their job motivation is not high.
Leadership needs to refocus on what made crown great and the envy in the industry. Turn away from woke diversity model and focus on merit again.
