What did you like most about the interview process?
Focused on tech my skills
I think the case study format is a good way to gain insight into the candidates but also for the candidates to better understand the job they are interviewing for.
Simple and to the point. Initial HR screening, 2nd interview with hiring manager.
Feed back provided if you do not move forward
People are nice and most lower managers are looking for the right person. Can't say that for all, especially the higher ups.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Value the person's work ethic, common sense and morality more.
