What is the best part about your compensation package?

Bonus and leave. Medical insurance is ok but not the best.

For many years I received nice increases with the exception of last year when managers were paid in stock that was not vested for a year. In the last year the value of that stock (my compensation) has eroded by half.

The performance bonus and the stock options

We receive company stock, 401k match and extra depending on company performance

Various 401k plans and contribution to our HSA account

I am paid fairly for my skill and effort. I share in the company success.
