You are able to really get to know your coworkers even though you are working from home and you are all working from different states.

The constant push to make things better and easier for everyone. There is always room for improvement, but its always a push coming from positivity!

Everyone is helpful and always there if something you have questions. I also love that all of my teammates have a genuine interest in each other's lives.

I love that even though everyone is remote, we are able to do things outside of work with coworkers and that it is encouraged to do so monthly by the company.

The best part is actually the flexibility. I am able to take care of business, while also ensuring that I can do the other things that are needed. Work life balance is hard to find sometimes, so its nice to have this flexibility.

Our team is very relaxed, but can really work well to accomplish a project. Everyone is able to pick things up quickly and make sure others have the help that they need. I also really enjoy that everyone is interested in each other's work, but also in each others lives.
